Healthy Eating: The Prostate Care Cookbook
Professor Margaret Raymon is now a Professor of Nutritional Medicine at the University of Surrey.
Her first book’ The Prostate Care Cookbook’ looks at the scale of the Prostate Cancer problem and how eating diets rich in certain foods can help prevent the development of the disease or its spread. Recipes within include contributions from Raymond Blanc, Anthony Worrall Thompson and Gino D’Acampo.
I know many people who have benefitted from following the recipes in the book.
