The Queens Award for Voluntary Service has been awarded to
the Kidderminster and Worcestershire Prostate Cancer Support Group. Paul Brothwell and Mary Symons attended the Queens Garden Party at Buckingham Palace on the 23rd of May. Both were introduced to and shook hands with Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. The award is in recognition of all the work done over the past 17 years working with men and their families after diagnosis with Prostate Cancer. The group has worked tirelessly for many years and have pushed the boundaries in providing the best possible support for Men in Worcestershire and this award is a testament to that.
